98pk Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

The 98pk platform is available to individuals who meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age. The platform is strictly for adults. We reserve the right to request age verification at any time and to suspend accounts where verification cannot be completed.
• You are registering and playing on your own behalf, not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee or contractor of 98pk or its affiliated companies.
• You do not already hold an active account on the 98pk platform. One account per person is permitted.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that you have applied to this platform.

Registering when you do not meet these conditions is a breach of these Terms. Any winnings generated on such an account may be voided and the account closed without prior notice.

2. Account Registration

When you register an account with 98pk, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full name, date of birth, contact details, and any other fields indicated as mandatory during the registration process.

You may only hold one account on the platform. If duplicate accounts are identified, 98pk reserves the right to merge or close the additional accounts and review any transactions made across them. Balances on duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date. If your contact number, email address, or payment method details change, update your account promptly. 98pk cannot be held responsible for failed communications or payment issues arising from outdated account information.

Account Verification (KYC)

98pk may require identity verification before processing withdrawals or when unusual account activity is detected. Verification typically involves submitting a copy of a valid government-issued ID such as a CNIC or passport. Accounts that cannot be verified within the requested timeframe may have withdrawal access temporarily suspended.

Submitting false, edited, or third-party documents as your own is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Deposits

All deposits on 98pk are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports the following deposit methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, and major debit and credit cards.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
• Deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• 98pk does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• Deposited funds that are not used within a period of inactivity as defined in our dormant account policy may be subject to a monthly administrative fee. Players will be notified before any such fee applies.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are available to players with fully verified accounts. Requests are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. In cases where the original method cannot be used for withdrawal, 98pk support will contact you to arrange an alternative.

• Processing time: Standard verified accounts are processed within one business day. VIP Gold and Platinum members receive priority queue placement with faster processing.
• Minimum withdrawal: Varies by method — displayed at checkout before confirming.
• Maximum daily withdrawal: Standard accounts PKR 200,000 per day. VIP tiers carry higher limits — see the VIP page for current figures.
• Withdrawal requests made during public holidays or after banking cut-off times may be processed on the next available business day.
• 98pk reserves the right to conduct additional checks on withdrawal requests that appear unusual in size or frequency. This is to protect your account, not to delay payment unnecessarily.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

98pk offers a range of bon uses and promotional offers to both new and returning players. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are displayed on the Promotions page and in the relevant offer details. The following general rules apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard wagering requirement: 20x to 35x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The exact figure is stated on each offer.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% towards wagering requirements. Live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate, as specified per offer.
• For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets must be placed at minimum odds of 1.50 or higher to count towards wagering progress.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the stated timeframe, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, device, or IP address. Using multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses is a breach of these Terms.
• 98pk reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time, including in response to evidence of abuse or exploitation.

If you prefer to play without bonus restrictions, you may opt out of a bonus before wagering begins by contacting support. Once wagering has started, bonuses cannot be removed from your balance.

6. Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on the 98pk platform, including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football, and esports markets.

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or edited after submission, except where a cash-out option is explicitly offered on that market.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled according to the specific rules for that sport, which are available in the betting help section.
• For cricket, if a match is reduced in overs due to weather or other external conditions, bets are settled based on the reduced-over result unless a specific "full match" condition was stated at the time of placing.
• Obvious pricing errors on any market — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — will be voided. This applies regardless of whether bets were placed and confirmed before the error was identified.
• 98pk reserves the right to suspend any market at any time, particularly for in-play betting where real-time data integrity requires a pause.
• Maximum bet limits apply per event and per market. These are displayed in the bet slip before confirmation.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 98pk platform. Accounts found to be engaged in any of these behaviours will be suspended immediately and balances may be voided pending investigation:

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account to exploit bonuses or circumvent limits.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in live casino environments.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematically placing bets to exploit pricing inconsistencies between markets in a way that guarantees profit regardless of outcome, particularly when done in combination with bonus funds.
• Automated software: Using bots, scripts, or any automated tool to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform.
• Fraudulent payments: Using stolen, cloned, or unauthorised payment methods to deposit funds.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks with your bank or payment provider for deposits that were legitimately made and used on the platform.
• Abuse of staff: Using threatening, abusive, or discriminatory language when communicating with 98pk support or other players.

98pk monitors all account activity and employs automated and manual review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Any balance generated through prohibited activity is not considered a legitimate win and will not be paid out.

8. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. 98pk staff will never ask you to provide your password through any channel — email, live chat, social media, or phone.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your permission, contact 98pk support immediately so that the account can be secured. You should also change your password right away if you still have access.

98pk will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have shared your credentials, used an unsecured device, or failed to report suspicious activity in a timely manner.

We recommend using a unique, strong password for your 98pk account and enabling any additional security options available in your account settings.

9. Privacy and Data Use

10. Responsible Gaming

98pk is committed to providing a gaming environment that encourages responsible play. We offer the following tools to all registered players, accessible directly through your account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and require a cooling-off period to increase.

98pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes are detected.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and cannot be contacted.
• Identity verification cannot be completed despite repeated requests.

In cases of account closure due to breach of Terms, any bonus balances and winnings generated through prohibited conduct will be forfeited. Real-money deposits that were not involved in the breach will be reviewed and returned where appropriate.

12. Limitation of Liability

98pk provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows, technical faults, and circumstances outside our control may temporarily affect availability.

To the maximum extent permitted, 98pk is not liable for:
